The Commission is seeking to engage an IT Services Provider with prior experience implementing and managing PROTECTED or higher Networks and IT services and providing a seamless one stop shop for all IT services.

This includes working with the Commission’s current vendors who provide applications, systems and support not provided by the Digital Data and Technology Solutions (DDTS) team. The new ICT environment must provide a solution capable of meeting the PROTECTED level requirements of the Commonwealth’s Information Security Manual (ISM) and PSPF including passing an Infosec Registered Assessors Program (IRAP) assessment.
