Tender Description
The Department inspects and examines sea cargo, in shipping containers, at dedicated facilities throughout Australia. These facilities assist the Department to detect prohibited goods entering the country.
The examination is conducted by the Australian Border Force (ABF), the Department’s operational arm, with support from the supplier who will provide an Unpack Repack Managed Service at facilities located in Melbourne, Sydney, Brisbane, Fremantle, Adelaide, Darwin and Townsville and any other sites specified by the Department from time to time.
Other Instructions:
The completed Registration Form must be lodged by emailing the Contact Officer at TCS@homeaffairs.gov.au, on or before 2 pm on 28 March 2025, Canberra ACT local time.
Registered entities will be provided with the Expression of Interest documentation on Monday 31 March 2025, via email.
Conditions for Participation:
Completion of the Registration Form process for the provision of the Expression of Interest documentation. The Respondent must exist as a legal entity at the ATM Closing Date and Time
Timeframe for Delivery:
Estimated service start date 1 July 2026.
