This Request for Proposal (RFP) specifies the requirements of MSWA for the provision of on road event management services ("the Services") to its business. The Services will be outlines in section two of the document.
The purpose of this tender is to identify the most suitable candidate for providing the Services that MSWA requires. We are seeking an Event Management company to manage the on road components of both our MSWA Albany Ride and our MSWA Ocean Ride respectively. The successful applicant will require knowledge of both Event Management, cycling events and on road event management.
It is essential for you to review and familiarise yourself with the contents of this document to produce a proposal that follows the scopes of work, requirements, and criteria, as there will be limited opportunity for MSWA to provide further information during the tender process. While all proposals will be considered as part of this process.
