Country to Coast, QLD (CCQ) is an independent not-for-profit organisation who aim to improve health and wellbeing across the Central Queensland, Wide Bay and Sunshine Coast regions. CCQ's core roles include identifying health needs, commissioning cost effective and sustainable health services, providing and coordinating health services, engaging with, and supporting communities. Our mission is to connect the community to health. CCQ commission services focusing on primary and preventive healthcare, including mental health, alcohol and other drugs, and suicide prevention. Through collaborative efforts with healthcare providers and community stakeholders, CCQ ensures accessible, timely, and efficient care, guided by strategic input from various advisory councils.

Country to Coast, QLD is striving, through this initiative, to foster system-wide integration, which includes our approach to supporting providers in collaborative efforts.

The MHAOD Reform Project will imminently issue a request for proposals to identify a provider(s) or consortium capable of delivering a comprehensive range of Mental Health, Alcohol and Other Drugs, and Suicide Prevention services across the region. This reform initiative aims to bolster sector capabilities and foster integration between primary and tertiary healthcare systems, as well as other human services sectors.

This forum provides a platform for interested applicants to network and establish collaborative partnerships across the region before our tender process commences. Applicants are invited to use this forum to:

. Provide contact information for their organization or a specific contact person

. Outline their service footprint

. Outline the areas of specialisation and/or service delivery

. Outline their interest and role in delivering the reform (i.e. acting as a lead agent, providing subcontracting services, joining a consortium)

. Any other information relevant to the sector in the context of this reform
