Fahan School is seeking tenders from suitably qualified construction firms with experience in the educational sector for an exciting new project designed by the School’s architect, Bence Mulcahy.

The Project: A significant renovation of the School’s former Senior Boarding Residence to provide an exciting new home for learning support and student wellbeing. The project is to be completed by 26 January 2025 and is one of the first projects to be undertaken under the School’s new Master Plan: https:/https://www.fahan.tas.edu.au/capital-master-planhttps:/plan

Documents: In order to submit a tender, tenderers must first email tenders@fahan.tas.edu.autenders@au to register with the School. Once registered, the tender information pack (including tender instructions) will be provided.

Tender Closing Time and Date: Tenders must be lodged by 2:00pm Thursday 28 March 2024. Tender validity period is six months from closure.
