The University of Technology Sydney (UTS) is seeking proposals from respondents interested in purchasing its campus located at 4-12 Buckland Street, Chippendale (referred to as 'Blackfriars').

Respondents are asked to submit expressions of interest (EOI's) to enable UTS to identify suitable purchasers in the market for it to enter into negotiations with, which may result in a contract of sale being exchanged between UTS and the respondent.

Please note that this EOI is not an offer to sell. Nothing in this EOI should be construed as creating any binding contract or a legal relationship between UTS and a respondent. No legal or other obligation will arise between UTS and a respondent until a contract for sale has been exchanged.
