An invitation is extended to you to submit a written quotation for the supply of a new water truck.

Introduction
The Shire of Trayning is looking to purchase a water truck. The water truck will primarily be used for both rural road construction and road maintenance purposes.
The water truck needs to have:
• 18,000 or more liters of water
• Overhead fill with funnel with rock grate
• Plastic or steel tank with internal baffles
• Automatic transmission
• Front and rear Batter sprayers side sprayers rear dribble bar rear sprayers water cannon
• 3 inch fittings on the fill points
• Able to suck from dam
• PTO driven water pump

Training
The supplier shall provide instruction/training at the point of delivery to Shire operators and mechanic on all aspects of the operation and field maintenance of the unit.
If more extensive training is recommended this should be nominated in the submission.
Servicing
A servicing schedule inclusive of location and parts support details along with current servicing pricing is to be supplied with the submission.
Delivery
The fully licensed new unit is to be delivered to the Training Shire depot located at Railway Street in Training.
It is anticipated that award of the tender will occur on Wednesday 17 April 2024.
