Tender Description

The Works involves upgrades to the Mallanganee Lookout including the construction of a new spherical Superstructure, foundations and suspended slab. The Scope also involves upgrades to Bulmer and Mallanganee Lookout Roads, turn around area and construction of new parking spaces, amenities building, pathways, seating, handrails, and lighting. Ancillary works include the removal/demolition of existing structures and landscaping.

Works are to be completed by early 2025.
