The Salvation Army (TSA) is one of Australia’s largest Christian social service providers supporting disadvantaged and socially excluded individuals and families across Australia. TSA Social Mission Department supports individuals and households in broad service streams of Alcohol and Other Drugs, Homelessness, Family and Domestic Violence and Youth Services.

In alignment with its Mission and Vision, TSA is committed to provide sustainable and effective social services that make positive differences to individuals, their families, and the Australian community. To strengthen its commitment, TSA is commissioning an independent review of its Social Mission Department and are seeking proposals from external providers with strong expertise and track records in management, evaluation, and strategy development for faith-based not-for-profit organisations delivering community and social services in Australia.
