The Commission seeks to engage a qualified and experienced Consultant to provide specialised professional counselling and outreach services to members of the local Canberra community to support people and their families who may be experiencing harm from gambling (the Services).

The minimum key functions of the Services to be provided include:

(a) gambling counselling.

(b) financial counselling; and

(c) community engagement.

A briefing session will be held on 31 July 2024 11:00 am.

Notes: The purpose of the Industry Briefing is to provide potential Respondents with information regarding the recently issued RFT and provide an open forum in which questions can be asked and clarified. The information session is anticipated to take approximately 1 hour. It will be through Microsoft Teams.
