The Geelong Arts Centre requires an online restaurant reservation/booking system that integrates with our Website, Facebook, Instagram, and Google Business Listing. It must confirm bookings with customers immediately and as a result automatically populate in our Restaurant Diary. Customer data must be owned by Geelong Performing Arts and not used to sell to a third party.

This online restaurant reservation/booking system is to service "Tutti ", Geelong Arts Centre’s dedicated dining space. Tutti, meaning “with all voices or instruments performing together” in Italian, is a dining destination for culture connoisseurs and foodies alike nestled in the heart of the Centre facing out onto Little Malop Street, Geelong. Ideally, at a minimum the online restaurant reservation/booking must:

• Be able to take bookings 24/7
• Offer a waitlist and stand by option
• Integrate gift cards
• Integrate with the Centre's point of sale system BPOZ
• Automatically populate in our Restaurant Diary
• Allow for customer data must be owned by Geelong Performing Arts and not used to sell to a third party.

Providers wishing to make a submission must also be a registered provider on the Victorian Government's eservices Register.
