BGIS has been informed it is the preferred Respondent to deliver responsive and programmed maintenance services to the Homes NSW social housing portfolio in the Central Coast, Brisbane Waters, Newcastle, Hunter, New England, and the North Coast of NSW.
The trades required to support BGIS include construction, electrical, flooring, painting, locksmith, HVAC, plumbing, cleaning, grounds, pest control, roofing, skylights, tilling, glazing and multi-trades.
