Tender Description
Te Pae is seeking tenders from suppliers (Respondent’s) to supply Chocolate & Specialty Pastry (Goods/Services) for Te Pae.
Suppliers/Supplier should be able to supply some or all of the below goods:
- Commercial/High end patisserie chocolate of varied cocoa percentages (28% - 70%)
- Chocolate colouring oils
- High end vegan/plant-based chocolate (No nut based)
- Glazes & liquid sugars
- Nut Praline Pastes
- 100% pure fruit purees (frozen)
- Fresh and frozen prepared pastries
- Patisserie stabilisers and additives
- Edible Gold leaf
- Liquid colouring gels
- Edible colouring sprays
- Silicone moulds
- Other specialist patisserie equipment including cake boards
- Pastry tart shells and cases (including Gluten Free)
- Edible patisserie decorations
