Tender Description

Te Pae is seeking tenders from suppliers (Respondent’s) to supply Chocolate & Specialty Pastry (Goods/Services) for Te Pae.

Suppliers/Supplier should be able to supply some or all of the below goods:

  •  Commercial/High end patisserie chocolate of varied cocoa percentages (28% - 70%)
  •  Chocolate colouring oils
  •  High end vegan/plant-based chocolate (No nut based)
  •  Glazes & liquid sugars
  •  Nut Praline Pastes
  •  100% pure fruit purees (frozen)
  •  Fresh and frozen prepared pastries
  •  Patisserie stabilisers and additives
  •  Edible Gold leaf
  •  Liquid colouring gels
  •  Edible colouring sprays
  •  Silicone moulds
  •  Other specialist patisserie equipment including cake boards
  •  Pastry tart shells and cases (including Gluten Free)
  •  Edible patisserie decorations
