Tender Description
Council is seeking to engage a single contractor to provide management and regular maintenance and upkeep the following sports fields located within the City of Prospect:
• Prospect Oval (including cricket pitch, cricket practice pitches and practice surrounds)
• Broadview Oval (including cricket pitch and oval surrounds)
• Charles Cane Reserve (including cricket pitch and oval surrounds)
The services to be performed under this Contract include:
• Mowing of sports fields (utilising rotary and cylinder mowers)
• Mowing of outer turf areas
• Edging and blowing
• Thatch removal
• Scarification and organic waste removal
• De-compaction works
• Verti-draining
• Earthquake oval
• Sodding
• Over-seeding
• Application of Fertiliser
• Application of Wetting Agent
• Pest and disease control
• Weed control
• Rolling
• Line marking
• Soil testing
• Irrigation audits and maintenance
• Turf wicket maintenance
