The Council is seeking responses to this Request for Tender (RFT) 2324-057 for the provision of Diamond Creek Tennis Court Resurfacing for Courts 3 & 4.

This project is for the resurfacing and refurbishment of courts 3 & 4 at the Diamond Creek Tennis Courts at Phipps Crescent, Diamond Creek.

The works include but are not limited to;

- The removal and disposal of the existing synthetic surface

- Excavation of base material as highlighted in attached plans

- Releveling and repair of court base where required

- Supply and installation of new synthetic grass playing surface

- Associated drainage

- Renewal of surrounding fencing

- Remediation of all disturbed areas

The Council is seeking to appoint a single provider to deliver the works.

It is intended that the new contract arrangement will commence on or around 3 June 2024 with a intended practical completion date of 31 July 2024.

Tenderers are advised that this a Victorian State funded project and there is an indicative budget of $450,000.

Tenderers are advised to undertake a site visit prior to their tender submission.

The site is secured and in use by the tennis club and members.
