Hunter New England Central Coast Primary Health Network (HNECC PHN) [The PHN] is seeking an expression of interest from suitably qualified and experienced organizations to be involved in the development of service design and a cooperative/mutual model under Better Health for the Bush Glen Innes.

Pre-qualified organizations from the Stage 1 EOI process will then be invited to submit a response to the Stage 2 Request for Proposal. This is expected to be released later in the year and will be for the delivery of services associated with the Better Health for the Bush model developed for Glen Innes.
