Tender Description
Expressions of interest are sought from suitably qualified builders wishing to be considered for a short-list to tender. Tender documents will be available in early April 2024 for a four-week tender period, with construction to be completed prior to 2024 Christmas shutdown.
The project consists of:
•Administration building extension.
•New classrooms & library building (3 main rooms, storage, office, outdoor kitchen, verandah)
•New prep toilet block
•Site works for new maintenance shed (shed by others)
•Extension to existing carpark for 6 new spaces
•Extension of stormwater bio-basin
•Landscaping
•LH turn lane on Beachmere Road intersection of Newman Road
NAB's Construction Risk Manager will confirm the suitability, experience, and capacity to deliver of the appointed builder and will approve the shortlist of tenderers.
