National Archives requires a technical solution that is capable of delivering the business requirements of the EPMS. The successful seller will be required to provide technical services to install and configure their proposed solution. Where seller resources are required to configure the solution, they will work with the existing project team (resourced from the National Archives EPMO and our delivery partner).

The successful seller will be expected to provide the following services:

• Their proposed enterprise management solution
• Technical services to install/provide access to the selected solution/platform; and
• Technical resources (if necessary) to configure functionality as per the delivery plan.
