Council (Principal) is seeking submissions from experienced Contractors to undertake the demolition of Guildford Swimming Centre work. It includes the supply of all materials, tools, equipment, consumables, labour and supervision to complete the work.

The work is awarded for the contract work on a lump sum fixed price basis in accordance with the fixed lump sum provisions in the tender pricing schedules herein. The applicable terms and conditions of engagement are detailed in the Conditions of Contract

Pretender site briefing / inspection (Mandatory)

All respondents are required to attend the mandatory pre-tender site briefing / inspection on the 27 March 2024 at 10:00 AM.
