The National Gallery seeks proposals from sellers who have the capability, knowledge, and experience to support the Gallery and partner vendor in the delivery of an information management environment and solution integrated with MS Teams.

The National Gallery has recently implemented out of the box integration of Content Manager 23.4 with the National Gallery’s Office 365 platform (Microsoft SharePoint/Teams) in a test environment.

Further work is required to capture the broader information management and security requirements of the business, to effectively design and build the NGA’s information management environment in a holistic and fit-for-purpose manner. The end state will be a solution that supports a better end user experience that includes automated capture (at the level 1 folder level) and manage in place functionality within MS Teams.

To achieve this, the National Gallery is seeking a vendor to support the delivery of services as outlined in this RFQ. The National Gallery is working to a delivery timeframe of system go-live and business rollout for this new way of working to begin late December 2024. The Seller will need to work cohesively with the National Gallery Information and Data Management team and EDRMS vendor to achieve a positive outcome and solution that meets the National Gallery’s digital information and records management requirements.

Sellers should review the attached Statement of Requirements document to understand the National Gallery’s requirements, and to ensure that proposals submitted are complete, comply with the conditions of participation and the minimum content and format requirements as specified in the RFQ Statement of Requirements.
