Tender Description
The Queensland Government is seeking Proposals for Technical Assessors for Transport and Main Roads, Prequalification Unit.
Transport and Main Roads, Program Management and Delivery (PMD), Prequalification and Contracts unit requires up to three (3) experienced and capable contractors to provide specialist evaluation services for the technical capability component of prequalification applications received for assessment.
PMD will assign technical capability assessment request/s to the Contractor The Contractor will conduct the company assessment according to NPS stated requirements and provide advice to the Prequalification Committee.
Assessment of a company’s technical capability is based on:
- company experience in particular for road / bridge / asphalt construction projects
- retained company resources and technical capability
- management systems, and
- performance on any previous departmental project, any other assessing authority project, local council project or any other project that Transport and Main Roads is made aware of.
