Scope of Works

Walgett Shire Council (Council) proposes to remove all Asbestos Containing Material (ACM) from the existing community hall at 8 Earl Street, Collarenebri. The purpose of the works is to provide safety to the building for potential future works.

All items that are required for you to provide your services that are not clearly excluded will be deemed to be included. Your pricing will be considered to have included all travel and accommodation required unless noted otherwise.

A pricing schedule is provided as part of the tendering system that should be followed for your submission.

If successful, you may be required to provide information to enable Walgett Shire Council to onboard you as a supplier.
