The Shire of Yalgoo (Shire) invites Tenders from suitably experienced civil contractors to complete repairs to various roads on a lump sum basis associated with DRFAWA AGRN962 & AGRN1021.

Suppliers meeting the requirements of the tender specification are invited to apply. The contract will be in the form of a Principal administered Minor Works contract utilising AS4906-2002 with work undertaken on a Lump sum basis under the supervision and direction of the Shire.

Late tenders will not be accepted. Facsimile, emailed or hard copy tenders will not be accepted. The Shire of Yalgoo does not intend to submit a tender.

The lowest or any tender will not necessarily be accepted. Canvassing of Councillors or employees will disqualify.
