We wish to invite your company to submit a quotation for the Court Services Broadmeadows Redevelopment, which includes refurbishment of existing spaces, structural extensions, a new Lift and landscaping works.

All quotes are to be in accordance with the relevant Tender Drawings, schedules and Specifications sent with this email link.

NOTE - Please submit two prices:

Price 1 - for the works to be completed in One Stage.

Price 2 - for the works to be staged and be completed per the Noisy Works Schedule with out of hours scope. (Staging Plan to be provided in Addendum)

Funding Options - please list the cost of the following separately - they will be used for funding purposes not deleted.

1. Gas relocation works.

2. Sewer relocation works.

3. MSB installation and commissioning.

4. EWIS supply and installation.

5. Removal of the Custody Courtroom Fitout Scope.

Please review the material selections and quote such products accordingly.

Quotations should be submitted strictly in accordance with the detailed requirements of the attached Tender Documents. Any works included in the drawings, schedules and specifications are deemed to be included in your tender price unless specifically excluded.

Any Contract between our respective companies arising from this invitation to tender shall be on the basis of an M.B.A.V. S.C.6 form and in accordance with the Head Contract.

A reminder your quotation is to be submitted by 12 noon, on Monday 15th April to be considered for the works.
