Gippsland PHN is seeking a Requests For Tender (RFT) from qualified and experienced health service providers across Gippsland to deliver the Community Led Integrated Health Care Program from early June 2024 to 30 June 2025.

Gippsland PHN's total budget for this procurement, including all related expenditures, is up to approximately $730,000.00 (excluding GST) over the full contract term of early June 2024 to 30 June 2025.

A non-mandatory online Tenderer Information Session will be held via Zoom at 2.00pm on Tuesday 26 March 2024 to discuss the tender specifications and provide an opportunity for tenderers to ask questions. The link to register to attend can be found within the Tender Specification.

Tenderers should address the evaluation criteria detailed in the Tender Specification document. A completed Application Form, along with any other relevant documentation, must be uploaded to Gippsland PHN's online tender portal by the closing time of 5 PM AEST on Thursday 11 April, 2024.
