The Principal (Gladstone Ports Corporation) is requesting Expressions of Interest from experienced and qualified consultants that can provide Prefeasibility and Feasibility Study Services for the following summary scope:
Gladstone Ports Corporation (GPC) is a multi-commodity port. With our deep-water port, land holdings and proximity to Asia, we’re positioning Queensland for a strong future. As a Government Owned Corporation (GOC) and the gateway for Australian trade, jobs and prosperity we’re focused firmly on creating prosperity for all.
We manage and operate four port precincts, the Port of Gladstone, Port of Rockhampton, Port of Bundaberg, and the Port of Maryborough. We are committed to growth, prosperity and the community, carrying out our operations in an effective, efficient and environmentally responsible manner.
Our unique port footprint is core to our strategic advantage. Our dual operating model includes port and coal terminals, broadening our scope and capability as a multi-commodity port. Each port has a specialty focus, so that we can meet the needs of a wide range of customers.

- Land Planning and Development
- Environmental Studies and approval
- Infrastructure
- Dredging and Reclamation
- Container Terminals and Supporting Infrastructure
- Allied industries and infrastructure
- Bulk Liquid storage terminals (for cryogenic and ambient renewable energy), loading lines and run down lines
- Common User Infrastructure (CUI)
- Ports and Operating Facility Infrastructure
- Front End Engineering Design (FEED) activities
- Pre FEED activities
