Temora Shire Council is calling for written Tenders for the lease of the: Temora Caravan Park, 19-21 Junee Road Temora.

The Temora Caravan Park consists of:

- 22 powered sites

- 12 non-powered camping sites

- Electric BBQ

- Fully equipped amenities building (incorporating laundry)

- Landscaped grounds (with irrigation)/

Council is considering leasing this property to an enthusiastic and energetic person to operate in a more dynamic manner, in a town that is fast becoming a leading tourism attractor in Riverina NSW.

Council has prepared a draft lease agreement and a summary of the businesses financial history that interested parties should use to base their tendered proposal upon. These can be forwarded by contacting Mr Kris Dunstan via email on kdunstan@temora.nsw.gov.au Council will then determine whether to proceed with the lease of the caravan park, based on the information submitted and subsequent interviews held.
