VicTrack's Request for Tender (RFT) is to identify a number of architects to provide specialist heritage architectural services under a panel arrangement for an initial term of 3 years, with 2 options to extend for further periods of 1 year.

The scope of the service includes but not limited to, the architectural design and drafting service, obtaining appropriate permits, including preparation of the required documentation, and responding to RFIs during construction phase, providing advice, and provision of site inspection and reports as required.

Please note that following pre-qualifications are required for eligibility to submit a Tender:

• Registration on Construction Supplier Register (CSR)

Submissions that do not satisfy these criteria will not be considered.

Pre-qualification through VicTrack's compliance partner, Avetta, is a pre-requisite for the final contract execution (not required for tender submission). Costs associated with this registration may be included in the tender submission for any potential supplier not currently pre-qualified.
