Tender Description
Yarriambiack Shire Council are seeking tenders from suitably qualified contractors with landscaping experience to undertake all works associated with the redevelopment of the children’s play area at the Rupanyup Kindergarten.
The scope of this work encompasses multiple landscaping and construction components (including all labour and materials); with a brief summary of the works to be undertaken being:
- Timberwork (log seats, vertical timber logs, sleepers)
- Masonry & Stonework (crazy paving, pebble creek bed, rock boulders)
- Irrigation (for garden beds and lawn areas)
- Garden Beds (preparation, planting of trees, shrubs and groundcovers, mulching)
- Painting (existing cubby and arbour).
The Landscape Specification and related design documents have been prepared by Laimiga Design Studio.
The budget for this project is $150,000 to $155,000 (excluding GST).
