Description This opportunity is for the maintenance of the Passenger Fleet and Small People Movers (Buggies EV and Diesel) at Werribee Open Range Zoo (WORZ). There are a mix of small fleet items from 17 Toyota Utes and 1 Camry to 16 Electric and diesel buggies that require ongoing maintenance.

Part of Zoos Victoria strategy is continuous improvement in workplace health and safety focusing on both front and back of house infrastructure which also incorporates world class exhibits and care facilities for all Staff, Guests and Animals under its care. As an operating facility the Zoo is expected to maintain its standards across all departments and have a safe, efficient and workable environment while adhering to all legal requirements.

As such WORZ is tendering for the provision of its fleet mechanical services for our fleet of passenger vehicles, buggies and minor plant. These licensed tradespeople will carry out services for reactive callouts, planned maintenance and emergency situations. Suppliers will also need to not only deliver the services in a professional and timely manner but work with internal asset management data base as well.

WORZ is looking to establish a panel of up to two service providers and the Fleet services contract term is 2 years with a one-year option to extend at the absolute discretion of Zoos Victoria.

Please note that WORZ procures its small fleet with service plans so this tender will focus mainly on emergency services or work outside of that program.

WORZ Asset and Facilities Department is the internal client representative for the proposed service maintenance contract.
