Tender Description
The Public Trustee seeks a suitably qualified and experienced licensed Settlement Agency and Legal Practitioner with an in-depth understanding of the local market, Western Australian legislation and the issues which affect clients around selling, owning and leasing land and property, to provide full real estate settlement and legal services in relation to the sale, and purchase, of real estate by the Public Trustee in its role as Executor, Administrator, Manager, Trustee, Agent, or Donee.
Additionally, the successful Respondent will be required to provide an attendance service. For example, being required to attend a settlement to hand over documents, as required.
