The U.S. Mission to New Zealand intends to issue a Blanket Purchase Agreement (BPA) for App based, on-demand passenger transport services.

The Embassy requires a supplier who can provide an app-based system which allows real-time and prescheduled passenger transport. Payment for journeys made will be by a monthly consolidated invoice so that there is no need for individual travelers to make a real-time payment for their journey.

Only companies or individuals specializing in this field should apply.

It is compulsory for all companies doing business with the U.S. Government to register on a website called “SAM – System for Award Management” sam.gov . The website compiles standard information such as company legal name, street address, contact information, and what kind of goods and services it offers. To register in SAM, an NCAGE code and a UEI number are required. If you do not have this information, it must be obtained before registering. There is no cost involved, neither in obtaining the numbers, nor in registering for SAM.

Interested parties are strongly encouraged to register their business as soon as possible to avoid any delay in making an award to the successful bidder.
