Tender Description
Export Finance Australia ABN 96 874 024 697 (EFA) and Queensland Investment Corporation (QIC) are seeking to engage a:
(a) Facilities Agent;
(b) Security Trustee; and
(c) US Collateral Agent,
in relation to a potential transaction involving a business developing a greenfield development project on the East coast of Australia (Transaction).
While QIC will be a recipient of the Contractor Offerings, this procurement process is being conducted by EFA.
