The Public Transport Authority (PTA) seeks to establish a term contract for a Respondent to provide application development, support, business analyst and project management services for its Transperth Route Information System (TRIS).

The PTA manages the public transport network across the state of Western Australia, using the TRIS, a fully integrated “web based” PTA proprietary software system that was developed as a custom-built application to assist Transperth manage its complex business requirements.

This procurement will enable the continued support and ongoing maintenance and enhancement of TRIS to ensure it continues to fulfil a critical role in the management and delivery of public transport services in Western Australia.

Site Visit

A site visit will be held at 116 West Parade, Perth at 25 Sep, 2024 2:00 PM.

A briefing session will be held for all potential Respondents at the Public Transport Centre, 116 West Parade, Perth on Wednesday 25 September 2024 at 2pm. The briefing is mandatory and any Respondents who fail to attend or be represented shall not be eligible for consideration under this Request.

Respondents intending to attend the briefing session must contact the enquiries officer nominated on page 1 of the Request to register by no later than close of business Tuesday 24 September 2024.

Attendance at the briefing is a pre-requisite to submission and consideration of a bid.
