Tender Description
Qualified building contractors are invited to submit an Expression of Interest to tender for the above project.
Tender documents are expected to be available mid-May 2024.
This project consists of:
•The refurbishment of an existing two-level classroom building (GFA approximately 1,070m2),
•Demolition of existing and construction of a new amenities block (GFA approximately 50m2); and
•Associated landscaping and external works including adjacent ramps and paths
All contractors are to email detailed Expressions of Interest outlining relevant experience, capability, references, license details and financial position to Towill Design Group by close of business on Thursday 11th April, 2024, for attention of Matt Roberts, mroberts@towilldesigngroup.com , (07) 3852 3013.
