ABOUT THE COUNCIL: Ku-ring-gai Council is a Local Government Area in the North Shore region of Sydney. The Ku-ring-gai Council area includes the suburbs of East Killara, East Lindfield, Gordon, Killara, Lindfield, North Turramurra, North Wahroonga, Pymble, Roseville (part), Roseville Chase, South Turramurra, St Ives, St Ives Chase, Turramurra, Wahroonga (part), Warrawee and West Pymble.
ABOUT THE TENDER: Ku-ring-gai Council owns and operates an Aquatic Centre, Ku-ring-gai Fitness and Aquatic Centre (KFAC) within Bicentennial Park, West Pymble, NSW, 2073.
The centre includes a gym with a wide variety of fitness equipment, including, free weights, cardio, and resistance machines. Council is currently in the market to update our equipment and is seeking a new financial agreement for the on-going leasing of this equipment over a 5-year period.
Ku-ring-gai Council has selected Life Fitness as its preferred supplier for the new equipment required and is seeking a leasing agreement with options up to 5 years.

A warranty and maintenance agreement will be required on specific cardio equipment, and this equipment is also identified in the Returnable Schedules document.
All required equipment must be delivered to site and installed as per gym floorplan that will be provided to the successful tenderer on award of the contract by Council.

SUBMISSIONS: Completed responses can be submitted via the electronic tender box (preferred) (see option below) using the attached word version of the Schedule. Respondents will receive a Successful Submission Receipt timed and dated upon completion.
CLOSING DATE AND TIME: Tenders close at 2.00pm on Tuesday the 7 May 2024 and submissions must be fully received by this time. The Council is not bound to accept the lowest priced Tender or all or any part of a Tender and reserves the right to conduct the Request for Tender process and select the successful respondent(s) as it sees fit. Council staff are unable to respond to verbal enquiries in relation to the Tender. Late, verbal, faxed or emailed proposals will not be accepted.
