Bunbury Harvey Regional Council (BHRC) is looking for suitably qualified Construction Superintendent to oversee construction for The Food Organics, Garden Organics - (FOGO) Compost Facility Project (Stage 1) located at the Stanley Road Waste Management Facility (SRWMF).

The successful Tenderer will deliver the construction project, providing expert advice and recommendations for and on behalf of BHRC, ensuring:

- the outcomes approved by the relevant authorities reflect project delivery outcomes;

- the project is delivered on time and within budget;

- requests for information are responded to in a timely manner and resolved where practical;

- progress and performance is closely monitored; and

- Bill of Quantity claims are managed.

The successful Tenderer must attend the design meeting with BHRC and the appointed construction contractor(s). The Stanley Road organics processing facility is to be operational by June 2025.
