EOI - Bradfield City Centre: First Land Release
Tender ID: 554289
Tender Details
Tender Description
WPCA is seeking expressions of interest (EOI) from Respondents (including consortia) with suitable precinct-based development experience and capacity to deliver the first superlot in Bradfield City Centre (the Superlot or Superlot 1).
A development partner is sought to create an exemplar mixed-use development, within an emerging innovation precinct. The site is next to a new world-class two-hectare park, future Sydney Metro station and is only one stop away from the new 24/7 Western Sydney opening in 2026.
This process is intended to be the first stage of a two-stage process. First this EOI invites responses which the WPCA will evaluate. Then the WPCA may invite short-listed Respondents to participate in a Request for Proposals (RFP) process.
Once a development partner is selected, WPCA will work collaboratively with the development partner to support the delivery of the project.
