Deakin Residential Services invites proposals in response to this Request for Tender (RFT), from suitably qualified and experienced service providers for the provision of Preventative Plumbing Maintenance Services for Deakin Residential Services 'Burwood, Waurn Ponds, Waterfront and Warrnambool facilities.

Deakin Residential Services Pty Ltd (DRS) is a wholly owned not-for-profit subsidiary of Deakin University (Deakin), established by Deakin University in August 2010 to manage Deakin's on-campus accommodation and residential student experience.

A separate Request for Tender (RFT) is published for the provision Plumbing Maintenance Services for Deakin University (Deakin). Respondents may choose to respond to one or both Request for Tenders (RFTs).

A discretionary site inspection has been scheduled for Thursday, April 18, 2024 & Friday, April 19, 2024. Please register your interest via email stipulating the date and attendee details to procure@deakin.edu.au.

2023 at the Melbourne Burwood Campus. Specific details of times and how to register for the briefing session are contained within the Request for Proposal documents. Please note that the maximum number of 2 attendees is limited to two per organisation.
