SWH is seeking a contractor to provide a complete proposal to undertake the supply, delivery, installation and commissioning of bedroom doors which have anti-ligature door top technology (eg: door top alarm and/or door top and side alarm) at the Warrnambool Base Hospital Acute Mental Health Inpatient Unit (WBHAIU) located at Hider Street, Warrnambool, Vic. Installation will include the requirement for the door top and side sensor technology to be linked in with the current ASCOM duress system. The bedrooms doors must include frames and door hardware.

Site orientation visits are mandatory and will be arranged upon request of SWH and at a time and date to be confirmed with each potential Tenderer. Site inspections are required for the conduct of measurement of each of the 15 bedroom doors to be replaced to ensure that correct measurements are obtained for pricing, and if successful, manufacture.
