Masterton District Council requires updated Asset Valuations of its Land and Buildings.

The last day for submitting tender proposals will be Monday 29 April 2024, with the successful tenderer to be advised by Friday 3 May 2024. An Insurance Valuation of Council buildings is to be completed by Friday 14 June 2024. Market Valuations for accounting purposes of the Council's buildings and land, effective Sunday 30 June 2024, need to be delivered by Wednesday 31 July 2024.
