Tender Description
Works to be constructed under this Tender comprise of the facade remediation works and re-painting of the eastern and western building facade of Building 2 at Kiaora Place, Double Bay and all associated works to complete the full remediation.
A mandatory pre-Tender meeting will be held at: Council Library Meeting Room on Level 1, 451 New South Head Road, Double Bay, NSW 2028 on 16 May 2024 commencing at 11am AEST.
