JLL on behalf of our clients, Department of Finance - CE&S, is seeking a highly qualified and experienced waterproofing/concrete repair contractor to carry out the waterproofing and associated works on level 2 balcony at 151 Royal St., East Perth. WGA Consulting (Structural Services Consultant) has been engaged by JLL to prepare a scope of work and the associated design documentation in relation to this project's requirements and provide consultancy services during the tender & construction phases of this project.
