Southern Ports is looking to establish preferred supplier panels of ropes access and scaffolding services across its port operations at Albany, Bunbury and Esperance.  Contracts will be for an initial 3 year term with 2 further 12 month options.  

Southern Ports will be receiving Offers for the advertised Tender via its internal Felix Vendor Management System. 

Respondents are required to submit their registration through the Felix online registration form. 

Within 72 hours of receiving your registration, Southern Ports will provide access to Felix to enable you to complete your Offer. 

When lodging your Offer on Felix, you will be required to:

Complete Part A - Vendor Registration and Onboarding

Complete Part B - Request for Quotation (Lodgment of Offer)

You are required to complete both Part A and Part B prior to the specified Closing Time for your Offer to be deemed compliant and considered for evaluation.

Briefing

A briefing session will be held at at 1 May, 2024 11:00 AM.

A non-mandatory briefing session will be facilitated during the tendering period. To be held via an online Microsoft Teams meeting.

Respondents are required to register its attendants by no later than 24 hours prior to the advertised Briefing date through the online registration form.
