Scope

2.1. Project Constraints

It is assumed that the project could be withheld from the following constraints.

• Material delays

• Weather delays

• Competencies and knowledge of contractors

• Contractor availability

• Workplace injuries or illnesses

2.2. In Scope

Construction of Cattle Yards, Laneways, Railyard extensions, and Cattle Feeders as per design and installation of a Double-Decker Loading Ramp and Catwalk.

2.2.1. Preliminaries (Contractor Requirements)

• To arrange for materials to be brought to the site from Richmond Shire Depot

• To construct cattle yards meeting Richmond Shire Councils provided specifications

• Any extra sourced materials to be locally brought

2.2.2. Construction

• Clearing and grubbing of site, including removal of excess spoil.

• Ground preparations, including marking distances and designing cattle yard specifications.

• Erection of cattle yards.

• Erection of Double Decker Loading Ramp.

• Erection of the catwalk to the Railway line as per specifications
