Tender Description
Cobar Shire Council is seeking tenders from suitably qualified and experienced parties to carry out works to extend the exhibition space at the Cobar Heritage Centre.
The works include, but are not limited to, the demolition of an existing exhibition building, the provision of a new exhibition building that will be known as the Coach House, the construction of an Underground Mine Experience on the eastern end of the Coach House building, the partial construction of a colonnade and the construction of a healing landscape.
