Tender ID: 554644
Tender Details
Tender Description
Moree Plains Shire Council is in search of an Indigenous artist with ties to Gamilaroi Country to craft the creative component detailed above.
It is the desire of council that this element will reflect and represent the Gamilaroi people, providing a strong connection to the Gamilaroi country on which Council operates. The theme of the work should reflect Moree’s landscape or local Flora or Fauna.
The artistic aspect can exist in either of digital or hard copy form, which can be converted into a digital format. The council can aid in the digitization process of the creative component.
As a requirement for this project, the council must be granted complete copyright ownership of the creative component. Council commits to giving proper attribution to the artist for the creative component wherever it is deemed appropriate.
Alternatively, the council is open to negotiating an unlimited, royalty-free license with the artist for the use of the creative component for a minimum duration of 10 years if granting full copyright is not feasible.
Furthermore, in cases where the creative component is presented in a non-digitized format, the council retains the right to exhibit the creative component in public buildings owned by the council or an affiliated entity.
The creative component may be used for Council branding such as:
- Brochures
- Social media templates and banners
- Public notice advertisements
- Business cards
- Uniforms/event t-shirts
- Council letterhead/documents (where appropriate)
- Email signatures
- Signage
- Promotional giveaway products
