Yarriambiack Shire Council are seeking quotations from suitably experienced contractors for the supply and installation of chain link fencing, including security gates at the Murtoa Works Depot.

Works would include, at a minimum and in accordance with AS 1725.1 2010:

1. Clearing of works area and preparation for installation

2. Supply and installation 400m chain link fabric fencing at 2.4m height:

• Post top for barbed extension cranked
• 1824 (H) x 50 x 2.50MM (KB) – heavy galvanised chain-link fabric
• Galvanised end posts @ 2550mm (minimum 50NB)
• Galvanised intermediate posts, strainer posts, pipe, caps and thru-butt connectors
• 3 x lengths barb wire to top
• All associated and required accessories
• Fence posts to be set in concrete: minimum 1000mm (d) x 350mm (dia) holes, partial backfill and minimum 20MPa concrete set.

3. Supply and installation 6m double security swing gate

• Heavy galvanised chain-link fabric
• 3 x lengths barb wire to top
• Located on east side.
• All associated and required accessories.
