Drupal is a powerful and flexible web platform that can help you create and manage the TPB’s online presence. However, it also requires regular maintenance, updates, and security patches to keep it running smoothly and securely.
Therefore, the TPB needs a reliable and experienced Drupal support and training services provider to help you with our web application needs.
The TPB is seeking a proposal from a Drupal support and training services provider that incorporates the following:
- An essential support package that covers the minimum level of service we need to keep the TPB’s web application functioning and secure. It will include business hours support and monitoring, routine monthly updates and security patching, management of hosting providers, monthly meetings, open unlimited support tickets, up to five nominated support users, and access to an online helpdesk.
- The proposal will also include an 8-hour intensive support package that the TPB can use on any of the following capabilities: senior developer, UX/UI designer, quality assurance analyst, delivery manager, or scrum master. This will provide the TPB with the flexibility and expertise to tackle any web development challenges or enhancements the TPB will encounter.
- The proposed package will include an additional 4 hours of the intensive support package for free. This means the proposal will include 12 hours of intensive support for the price of 8 hours. This is a great value and a rare opportunity to access high-quality Drupal support and training services at a lower cost.
This will ensure that the TPB will have the best Drupal support and training services available for our web application with the additional benefit of a discounted price and the extra hours of intensive support. This will also future proof our web application needs for the next year and help us achieve the TPB’s online goals.
