Tender Description

Bourke Shire Council is establishing a panel of suppliers to provide it with a range of building trades and services, and accompanying goods, as the case may be.

The Panel will operate for an initial period of two (2) year's, with a further 2-year option term available, solely at Councils discretion. The Panel Arrangement will allow for accepted Suppliers to adjust their service offering (including price) on an annual basis, or at Council's discretion. In addition, the Panel Arrangement will be refreshed on an annual basis or at the Council's discretion allowing for existing Suppliers to withdraw and new Suppliers to be added.
